Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Eligible Items

✅ Clothing (dresses, tops, etc.) — unworn and in original condition
✅ Accessories and necklaces — unused and undamaged
❌ Final sale items are not eligible for return
❌ Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage
❌ Intimates and swimwear for hygiene reasons

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@hubcryptox.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Pack your item securely and ship it to our return address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before sending your item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost.
